Job Summary:
  • Are you a skilled maintenance leader with a passion for food production? We're seeking a dedicated hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Job Duties:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Equipment Optimization: Implement proactive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
  • Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and cost-saving measures.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, delegate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
