Job Description

Overview:
Join a thriving team in an exciting, long-term contract role focused on high-level machine design and automation. Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex machinery and automation systems
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards and client specifications
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in machinery design and automation
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $35-$45 per hour, based on experience
