We have a variety of long-term contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with exceptional companies throughout the Chicagoland area. THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Assemble all mechanical machine elements, from component through machine level systems. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical references that include blueprints, schematics, and data. 
  • Responsible for the assembly of equipment, working from assembly prints.
  • Test completed units to ensure proper functioning, adherence to specifications, and quality.  
  • Perform final inspections on assembled and tested equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Mechanical assembly skills (hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, etc.).
  • Knowledge of assembly drawings, bills of material, data sheets, and tool charts.
  • Ability to use shop math and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to read and follow detailed assembly directions.
