Job Summary:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures that increase productivity and profitability.
- Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing standards and procedures.
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve throughput.
- Collaborate with production staff to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify process improvements and recommend changes.
- Design and implement workstations and layouts that optimize production flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
