Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Type: Direct Hire & Contract to Hire

Summary of Responsibilities: The Field Service Technician will Provide in-house and field service/support for; installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair,
evaluation, and testing of machines/equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
  • Read and interpret engineering detail drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Test machines while in-house, including; mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Assist in shipping / receiving of machines
  • Install, start-up, maintain, evaluate, repair, and test machines and equipment in the field
  • Create and provide service reports and related documentation to management daily
  • Ability to assemble using hand tools
  • Perform operational tests, make final adjustments, and verify machines are produced within tolerance and
    contractual specifications
  • Train customers in machine/equipment operation and maintenance procedures
  • Perform on-site preventative maintenance inspection
