Our Wood Dale, IL team is in search of a Customer Technical Trainer. If you're a technically adept individual with excellent communication skills, join us!
Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training programs per organizational needs.
Follow training schedules, determine course content, and evaluate program results.
Prepare and execute training materials, sessions, and workshops.
Track course data and customize training based on customer needs.
Stay proficient in company products, contribute to training area organization.
Conduct Basic and Advanced MEI Products training for clients.
Collaborate on updating training guidelines and supporting Help Desk activities.
High School Diploma.
CPTM certification preferred, or 2-3 years of related training experience.
Proficiency in MS Office, ability to read blueprints.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of modern training techniques.
Experience as a technical trainer preferred.
Frequent bending, twisting, standing, and kneeling.
Repetitive use of hands, lifting up to 20 pounds.
Ability to perform detailed work and operate mobile equipment.
Good visual and color acuity.
