Your primary responsibilities will include expediting and following up on open purchase orders, updating our ERP system, and assisting with various clerical tasks. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team and the shop floor, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Expedite and closely monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with suppliers to address any potential delays and maintain clear communication channels.
Update and maintain our ERP system (Microsoft SW), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with clerical tasks related to purchasing and inventory management.
Collaborate with the sales team to align purchasing activities with customer demands.
Work closely with the shop floor to support efficient production processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
A degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
