Aftermarket Sales Manager
Job Description
Location: Aurora, IL
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee a team Inside Aftermarket Customer Service Representatives.
Ensure the Customer Service Group consistently meets spare parts sales goals for an installed equipment sales base of over $900 million spanning 35 years.
Manage staffing and training of Customer Service Representatives.
Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate Service Sales.
Ensure the accuracy of quotes and order entries in the ERP system.
Provide accurate monthly sales reports to the accounting department.
Ensure prompt communication with customers regarding quotes and orders.
Maintain the Customer Service Representative Call Log.
Coordinate with Engineering and Material Groups to gather information for quoting.
Collaborate with the Materials Group to ensure timely shipping of orders.
Report directly to the Director of Aftermarket Sales and Service.
A degree (BA/BS) in a relevant related field; an MBA will be considered favorably.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Aftermarket Sales for a capital equipment business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM Software (currently in use) and ERP (currently in use).
Base salary ranging from $80000 to $110,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
